Answer 1: Krill oil regulates the heart, dissolves saturated fatty acids, contributes to the healthy functioning of the circulatory system and contains 3 times more omega-3 than fish oils. Krill oil benefits Krill oil is known to lower bad cholesterol and raise good cholesterol.
Question two: Krill oil or fish oil?
Answer 2: While fish oil is lipid oxidizing, krill oil is antioxidant and krill oil has 48 times more antioxidant properties than fish oil. Since fish oil has a tendency to oxidative degradation rapidly, the shelf life of fish oil is more limited than krill oil.
